I feel sick...

I tried going into the office this morning. I ended up bursting into tears in my cubicle every 20 minutes or so. Since I wasn't getting much work done, I came back home.

Since getting home, I've cried a lot, tried sleeping (no such luck), eaten very little, and generally felt like crap.

I try to be nice to other people, I try to be considerate, caring, and all those other things that my parents raised me to do. Yet I still screw it up.

What is wrong with me? Why can't I pull myself together?

I hope you feel better soon kitty. I had a similar expirience with a major angsiety attack when I was younger and I know that it's not fun. If you wanna talk just hit me on ICQ.

*hugs* hon you are a very nice person, ya just goin through a rough time right now. Things will get better and ya do got friends that care bout ya. Just try to make the best of things as ya can and they will brighten up for the future.
