Ah, the joke is on target! They looked at how much money the Adam's Mark did in that location every year and thought "Damn, we need this property!" Little did they know that furries won't travel thousands of miles just to go to a Target Wonderland.

I'm really shocked that the hotel sold out like that. I mean, granted, it's prime property. But, that hotel was very well maintained for the most part. I could see if it needed major renovations. But, from the years I was there, it really didn't. They must have made many years worth of income out of that sale. It leads to me to wonder if the Adam's Mark chain ins't considering a little less prime location to build another hotel in Philly.

Either way, I'll miss our former home. It was a good place for us and I have lots of great memories there. It will be a shame to know that it's gone.
