I saw this here. If anyone reading this is from Norfolk, Virginia or knows a fur in Norfolk, you might be interested:

Norfolk Tides baseball club seeks dynamic, fun-loving individual who can communicate without speaking, likes interacting with children, doesn’t mind taking an occasional pratfall, would be comfortable wearing a costume of blue fur in the summer heat and could acknowledge but wouldn’t answer to — at least not verbally — “Rip Tide.”

Resumes should include previous costumed-character experience.

Excellent for college student wanting to make a few dollars and contacts. Must be willing to make appearances throughout Hampton Roads and be available for every home game of 2006 season.
