Python, Gym
Sep. 25th, 2002 05:51 pmSpent a good chunk of today at work trying to make a Python interpreter compile with thread support. It turned out that the problem was a single character typo in /usr/include/sched.h, which caused the test program that configure makes to not compile, and hence make configure think that there was no thread support. Thanks, Hurricane Electric, I enjoy spending hours figuring out that yes, you guys have difficulty installing compilers...
Got home in the evening and checked out a local gym. Since my physical therapy is just about over, I decided to check them out and ended up joining. It seems like a nice place.
They had a contest going, to see who could do the most sit ups and push ups in a minute. So, I gave it try.
I ended up doing 58 pushups in 60 seconds. Um, wow? :-)
