Parents, The Transporter, Morton, Tumors
Oct. 22nd, 2002 11:31 amThis past weekend, I drove up to visit my parental units in Allentown. I spent Saturday at the Jo Ann fabric store, looking for a certain type of fake tiger fur, but couldn't find it. That's three Jo Ann stores now, I wonder if they just don't carry that type of fur anymore? That would suck...
I also saw the movie The Transporter this weekend. There is no plot. It is a movie for guys who like fast cars and seeing stuff get blown up. Not that there is anything wrong with that. :-)
I saw Dr. S again on Monday. He examined my foot and told me that the bursitis seems to have healed, but I still have symptoms of a pinched nerve. (Morton's Neuroma) Since it hasn't responded to treatment thusfar, there is a good chance that I will need surgery to remove the nerve. A root canal on my foot, so to speak. That's not going to be fun. Incidentally, T.G Morton, the guy for whom Morton's Neuroma is named after, is from Philadelphia. Go figure.
Finally, I am unhappy with my current cellphone plan. Could I get some Tumor Minutes, please?
