I have been looking for this video for some time, as when I last saw it I apparently did not properly absorb the recommended etiquette and have since been banned from many of my favorite sushi-ya for some cultural misunderstandings, and have also have had my knuckles assailed with very sharp knives and chopsticks.

Arrgh. they had this out a while ago, but took it down from it being slashdotted to death. It seems they re-encoded it to be smaller... the text is harder to see on this version. Wish I was able to yank the video out of the player a while back when it was full quality
