Got my CT scan this morning

gizaAnd it was pretty boring, actually. They had me put some plastic thing on my head (to establish points of reference) and spent about 10 minutes scanning me. Big deal. This is the same place that I got my MRI done at last week, yet they don't give out prints from the CT scans, only CD-ROMs with the images. Go figure.
On a side note, I never really noticed how awesome this testing facility is. Their waiting area has big soft sofas to sit on and fancy rugs on the floor (on top of the carpet they already have). The rooms with the MRI and CT machines have textured wallpaper and floors that have a green marble pattern on them. The whole is actually pleasing to the eye and very relaxing. It's so much different from any hospital or doctor's office. It's even different from the place where I had an MRI done a few years ago.
I then managed to make it into the office at a decent hour, which means I'll get home before 10:30 tonight. Whee.
