Late last week, I got around to setting up TWiki at where I work. Imagine, if you will, a website where there is a button at the bottom of every page that says "Edit". Upon clicking that button, a form is brought up where you can edit the contents of the page, and then click "Save" to save the new webpage. The effect of this is that anyone can edit a page on the site to keep it updated with relevent information. Commercially, it makes a great collaboration tool. I can write some specs, and the project manager can go over the document, and update things if necessary. Very very nice.

Over the weekend, I went down to Maryland to visit Loki ([livejournal.com profile] joshvon). We mostly hung out and watched movies. Among them, I saw Pulp Fiction and The Big Lebowski for the first time. There goes what little sanity I had left. :-) I also played Pump It Up for the first time, and was able to dance 4 level 2 songs. I'm pretty happy I was able to do that, considering the shape my foot is/was in. This is definitely a good sign.

Upon returning, I proceeded to start getting a sore throat on Monday night. When I woke up Tuesday morning, not only was my throat sore, but my nose was running. That's right, I've been nailed by The Common Cold. Been taking Advil, Sudafed, and NyQuil. Denis Leary would be proud. :-) I've also been eating plenty of soup. I need to get my paws on some of this stuff, though:

Cream of Cockroach

Thanks to Triggur for Photoshoping that graphic. :-)

TWiki is nice, but I seem to be pulling teeth getting people to use it where I work. Part of the problem is that the default main screen is fairly busy, but I would think software engineers would be able to overcome that.
