Another one of these! This needs a special term, a succinct word defined as "a fake movie trailer made by editing footage from a real movie together to make it look like a different genre".

Examples I've seen:
"The Shining" as a heartwarming Nora Ephronesque family comedy
"West Side Story" as a zombie movie
"Brokeback Mountain" as an inspirational Christian movie
"Back to the Future" as a gay buddy drama (it was called "Brokeback to the Future")
and now this one!
