Here's an awesome article from BoingBoing regarding Wikis versus standard methods of publication:

The author asserts in the article that one big advantage of Wikis is that it is very easy to fix errors in them. Plus, there is total transparency; you can see who did what in terms of changes to an article and when these changes were made.


Also, for those of you who are old enough to remember the movie "Little Shop of Horrors", there was originally a very unhappy version of the ending of the movie. It's available here:

I first read about the original ending in Cinefex magazine (they had some color stills from it!) but this is the first time I've seen it!

I can see why they rewrote the ending; offing the stars and having man-eating plants take over the world was fun on stage, but on film it just looks too... REAL. :}
