UPDATE: Verizon has confirmed that it is a fiber cut and they are working out in the street to repair the problem.

Just to be a little pedantic, that slogan is from Verizon Wireless which is a different company that has different investors. And, having been a customer of both companies for several years, I can say that VZW's service level is a lot higher than Verizon's.

Yeah, I can't really think of anything bad to say about VZW, but I loathe Verizon.
