A hamster is me

gizaI spent 20 minutes on the treadmill at the gym tonight, walking at a kinda brisk 3.1 mph.
I didn't feel any pain during the walk, which I wore my knee braces during. That is an encouraging sign.
I can't shake this feeling that I should be doing this in a giant wheel, though...
