Fun weekend

omnibahumut came by over the weekend and introduced me to Timesplitters: Future Imperfect for the PS2. We spent most of Saturday night playing that game and managed to beat it on early Sunday afternoon.

On Sunday evening, we saw the movie Talladega Nights. It wasn't BAD, but it wasn't a masterpiece either. If you like making fun of NASCAR and like making fun of French guys then it might be worth checking out.

Oh, and on the way back from the theatre, we walked about 30 blocks across Philadelphia. The fact that my knees did not complain (I'm still wearing the knee braces) is a very good sign for their health.

I thought it was a good funny summer movie. Nothing you're going to get a one liner out of or anything, but a good way to spend a weekend.
