Things you do NOT want to hear when calling the phone company.

This was recorded in the Summer of 2000 when a cow-orker of mine tried calling Verizon. I can only hope that things have improved a bit since then...

I have an MP3 I created of an insurance company's automated service. It gave you options from 1-6 "Press one to..." and when you get to 7 it says," If you would like to hear a duck quack, press seven."

So you press seven and you hear," QUACK! QUACK!" It's fucking hiarious. I'll send you the MP3 sometime if you'd like?
