It reminds me of the old day when we had the "Fish and Ship Players". We did musical pariodies of all the Trek films.
Its a toss up between "Wrath Side Story" bash "Wrath of Khan" and "West Side Story" together and "Spock Pacific" which blended "Search for Spock" and "South Pacific". Great stuff.
To this day, Pittsburgh's Parallax Second Players carry on the Fish and Ships tradition; former Fish and Ships stalwart Ann Cecil is one of our supporters and contributors. Our most recent effort at Confluence 2006 (http://www.parsec-sff.org/confluence), "Guards and Dragons," melded the story of Terry Pratchett's Discworld tale "Guards! Guards!" with the music of "Guys and Dolls." Fun is had by all.
