Obviously, this is popular due to Steve Irwin's death:

It's an educational video that is 6 minutes long, and covers some fascinating facts about stringrays. For example, they are one of the few (only?) types of aquatic wildlife that divers are allowed to touch. They respond to the touch and will learn to seek out divers, as they perceive us as large "cleaning fish".

Also, I learned that stingrays also have unique spot patterns which can be used to identify them.

Spots. Not just for leopards anymore.

Well, Technically, those are the larger Manta Rays. Stingrays are usually smaller. Though they're easilly cousins of the same family.

The Southern Stingray's pretty big. They're the ones you can swim with/touch/feed/etc down at Stingray City in Grand Cayman.

Moments after you dive in you're almost surrounded by huge, 6' wide floating creatures that are bumping & nuzzling you for food. It's frickin' wild.
