This reminds me of an episode of the Mythbusters. They were going to test various supposed methods of beating a breath test when drunk. Of course, in order to test them, they had to get legal drunk. At one point, one of the comments to the other, "Come on, the policeman says you need to drink more alcohol." His fellow Mythbuster replied, "Yes, and my doctor says I'm not getting enough tar and I need to smoke more..."
