There have been a few fights like this in California, too. The most recently one that I remember was when Berkeley revoked the BSA's free lease on boat slips in the marina because of their discriminatory practices.
Awesome, no? What a completely outmoded organization. Much to the displeasure of my parents I almost always refer to the BSA as The Brownshirts.
