Less painful weekend

gizaCompared to the past few weekends, this one was MUCH better, at least as far as the pain in my foot was concerned. I was able to limp around my apartment without my cane, and actually left the apartment so I could drive to a carpet place and get some padding cut for my carpet. Mmm... 3/8" thick felt padding. Maybe now I can actually get some carpet laid!
I also drove around a little and was able to walk (with my cane) to the local video store on Saturday. I rented Titan A.E. and Ravenous. I've got them until Friday, and they only cost me $4 to rent!
I played with CVS some more over the weekend, and got a CVS server running locally on my machine now. I'll probally set one up for SpamCon one of these days. Also wrote a little Javascript for the Feral! website, so that it does a little countdown of days remaining, and moved the site from RCS into CVS. Whee.
As for today, well, it was kind of uneventful. I wrote some code at work as well as some design documents for new features. Though I didn't feel much motivated to do anything, maybe it's a Monday thing. My foot is also bothering me a little more today, so perhaps I overdid things on Saturday. Oh well, I'll just take it easy for the next few days and let it heal some more.
