I start sideways, and toss and turn until I land on my stomach.

Back and/or side.

The CPAP has put an end to my sleeping on my stomach, thank you...but the CPAP lets everyone else in the house or hotel sleep, too.

I TRY to sleep on my side. Sometimes my back. The problem though is... I roll around and tend to fall out of bed.

Used to sleep almost exclusively on tummy until b00bies happened, then switched to side.

I sleep on my right side usually to start with my arm up under my head and a pillow between it and my head. After 3 to 4 hours I usually wake up roll over to the other side then sleep the rest of the night. Unfortunately some mornings I wake up without moving at all with an arm that feels like its paralyzed. Oddly that usually only happens when sleeping directly follows heavy drinking.

I usually sleep on my side or on my belly with my arm tucked under my pillow.
course sometimes my husky will sneak her way next to me and try to kick me off the bed; she's succeeded a few times, too.

I *hope* you're talking about an actual husky, and not a plushie...

I sleep on my side, all curled up, head tucked down to my knees. I’ve had people joke that I walk three times in a circle before lying down too. Must be the canine in me. :P

It’s actually quite useful, since this sleeping position allows me to curl up in a chair in the staff lounge at the hospital during slow night shifts, and in bus/train/plane seats during long travels. I can sleep anywhere. ;)

Whatever position I'm in when I fall asleep.

stomach, side, back, sitting, even standing up a few times(I have no idea why I didn't fall over.)

Side or stomach most often. It has to be the right bed, or sometimes a couch for me to sleep on my back, otherwise it's uncomfortable. I shift positions a ton though.

You think that's bad, my 12 pound mini dachshund often ends up with 2/3 of the bed and me on the edge. I still haven't figured that one out.

Usually on my stomach, but sometimes my large and unwealdy kickstand props me up, so I end up on my side.

When drunk, you sleep VERY deeply and don't feel that your arm is pinned beneath you; and so you don't move, meaning that blood flow gets cut off long enough to paralyze it.

What's strange is when you somehow manage to do that with a leg, which rightfully shouldn't happen, but which I've had happen several times.

Dog wants to snuggle. Human wants space. Dog keeps creeping over and human keeps moving away.

Partially on my side (one side in particular), partially on my stomach, often with a cat draped over my hip.

And then i fall asleep...and according to some sources, i grow extra legs and kick with all of them. *sigh*
