That would be a great device for a computer architecture professor to have. In my intro class a couple of years ago, there was quite a bit of class time wasted with students asking questions about this sort of adder xP Would probably help clear up initial doubt regarding two's complement form for negative numbers :D A few subtractions on that thing, and I bet it would all make sense to a class!
