Awesome Weekend!

fox_in_boots's place on Friday night for his Halloween(ish) party on Saturday. We spent most of the weekend watching movies, hanging out, and even playing some volleyball on Saturday afternoon. Among those in attendance were Graysoul Dragon, Istas, KuddleKat, Rassah, melkitsune, arccoyote, yips_for_fun, S Fairfox, Magnus Raccoon, Loki (joshvon), Creature (golum), and a few others popped in and out on Friday and Saturday. There were also a few non-furry friends of Fox's there, and we got along well with each other.
We watched several movies over the weekend, including "13th Warrior", "Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust", "Donnie Darko", "The Matrix: Reloaded", The last 4 episodes of Reboot Season 3, and "Riding Bean". I also introduced several people to "Meet the Feebles" for the first time, which was, as always, quite fun.
The drive back was pretty cool, as I ended up taking Istas back to his place in Millersville, and that involved driving around lots of the PA highways through towns, over hills and through valleys and that fun stuff. It was a part of the state that I normally don't see. I got to take US-30, which was a nice 4 lane highway in that area, as well as US-222, which was also a 4-lane highway, just without any overhead lighting. :-)
I think the best part about this weekend was the weather. It was nice and warm and in the 70s, and I was able to walk around in shorts and stuff. I do think that's the best birthday present of sorts I have ever received.
