Apparently I am not hugging enough!

In other news, I noticed last night that my gym got an AED. (Automated External Defibrillator) Like, isn't that the whole POINT of going to a gym, so that I WON'T have a heart attack? My gym dues at work, I guess.

Dunno if you ever watched Six Feet Under, most episodes started with some kind of death, with the rest of the episode featuring at least in part, the funeral service for that person (was set around a funeral home). One particular episode started with a bunch of people going flat out at a gym, most looked very overweight or unhealthy, really sweating it and looking like they're about to kill themselves. A super fit guy, all muscles is just blasting away on the treadmill, flat out, hardly breaking a sweat till he suddenly staggers off and collapses with a fatal heart attack. The scene was done more for the irony value than anything else, I suspect, but it's always stuck in my mind a bit..

anyway :) there is a lot of unhealthy people that goes to the gym.

I guess that AED is for when someone who never went to the gym in years trys to run a marathon in one day...that would be bad.
