Dreams about zombie outbreaks

I had a really strange dream last night about zombies.

I dreamed that there was a Class 3 Outbreak (thousands of zombies), and one of the areas affected was the neighborhood where I grew up. One of the interesting things about that neighborhood is that it's built around/with a golf course. Between rows of houses is a 100-200 foot wide green, with trees on either side that have grown to be rather tall.

That being said, this is how we dealt with the outbreak in that neighborhood:

• A makeshift stage was hastily erected on one of the golf courses. It was 10 feet high, and on some sort of scaffold that could not be climbed. The only way to get on the stage was with a ladder.


• We set up a rather large sound system on that stage.


• We then placed George Carlin on the stage and got him ranting and raving about something. I don't remember what it was, but it made plenty of noise for miles around, which was the important part. Also, it served to boost the morale of those of us who were eliminating the zombies.


• We stationed ourselves in trees and rooftops around George, and proceeded to snipe zombies that appeared.


• As an emergency escape route for George, we set up some sort of a zip line between two rather high trees on either side of the stage. If there was trouble, he could just jump up onto the line and shimmy his way toward one of the trees and await rescue.

And, for the record, I was not under the influence of any mind-altering substances in the last 48 hours.
