The individual in the picture is state House speaker John Perzel of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The picture looks innocent enough, but those living in PA are all too aware of a middle of the night pay raise that the lawmakers voted to themselves back in July. Since then, the issue has not died down, and the lawmakers have continued to get questions about it.

Now look closely at that picture again, and pay close attention to the background. :-)
