Saw Dr. K this morning
Feb. 28th, 2006 11:44 amI got a diagnosis for my foot pain. It went like this:
Me: The outside of my left foot hurts.
Dr. K: Do you always sit like that?
Me: Like what?
Dr. K: Cross legged
Me: Sometimes
Dr. K: That is putting pressure on the nerve that runs along the outside of your leg and causing pain in the foot. Don't do that. Put the outside of your left leg under the knee on a heating pad 2-3 times a day and take some Naproxen.
If that's all it is, that'll be a big relief. Now I just have to force myself not to cross my legs anymore. :-P
