gizaIt ended up not being too difficult after all. While I can't transfer files to and from my phone, I can sync my contacts to the phone from my iMac G5 20". Here's how to do it:
1) Go into the System Preferences > Bluetooth.
2) Turn on Bluetooth on the E815.
3) Add the new device via the Bluetooth control panel.
4) Start up iSync, go to File > Add New Devices, and add the phone.
Once the Motorola Phone appears in iSync's list of devices, you can start synchronizing contacts between Address Book and the phone.
