gizaAfter napping for a few hours, I got up, turned on a few lights, and chatted on the computer for a bit and watched some videos over on YouTube. (Like this episode of Family Guy!)
Now I've got the headache again, mostly (but not exclusively) on the right side of my head. It makes me want to lay down and sleep some more.
I'll probably be making a few more posts like this over the weekend, just for the purpose of documenting how and when my smyptoms change. If I can get some useful data, then so much the better.
