Update

After napping for a few hours, I got up, turned on a few lights, and chatted on the computer for a bit and watched some videos over on YouTube. (Like this episode of Family Guy!)

Now I've got the headache again, mostly (but not exclusively) on the right side of my head. It makes me want to lay down and sleep some more.

I'll probably be making a few more posts like this over the weekend, just for the purpose of documenting how and when my smyptoms change. If I can get some useful data, then so much the better.

Welcome to my world. I have headaches so frequently because of sinus issues that I can power through a 200+ bottle of Excedrin in about a 2-3 months time over the summer. This year it got bad enough that I had to take a day off of work when I almost drove off the road from a dizzy spell. I think a sinus infection had made its way into my ear. I nuked that with antibiotics but it’s really only a temp solution. I REALLY need to go in and see an ear nose and throat specialist because while winter has made life easier the low and high pressure fronts still play havoc with me.
