Eminent domain is why we have roads, sewers, public transit, a reliable water system, hospitals...

Date: 2006-03-24 04:43 am (UTC)What I can tell you, however, is that the ruling did bring Eminent Domain into the public spotlight. This was only good for Ardmore, as we got national coverage in both TV and print. This ended up being good for us, I think.
