No suprise here... though I find it interesting that some of the CEOs who are more forgiving tend to have been in the SAME positions as waiters or worked in the service industry to some extent.

It comes down to having a little humility and respect for your common... being.

I've already told people that when trying to suss out your date, always observe how they treat service people, waitstaff, maids, janitors, cause that is the truest indicator of character.

Maybe there should be a subtle signal to waitstaff along the lines of, "please spill something on my date so I can see how they react."

Its not just the waiter the simple truth is people who treat you nice and not others says MUCH about thier character. are they really your friend when they can do that to other people? Its a serious question to ask and a life lesson not everyone gets.
