Look Around You is a hilarious parody of PBS science shows that are made by some outfit in the UK. Since it's not available here in the US (and presumably not copyrighted either, heh), some episodes have made it onto Google Video:

Look Around You: Ghosts

Look Around You: Music

Look Around You: Iron

Look Around You: Germs

Look Around You: The Brain


Each of these videos is around 8 minutes long, and I find them to be wild imitations of the shows on PBS. Except that LAY doesn't worry about those silly constraints of reality. ;-)

I loved the sulfur episode. There's a good bit of subtle humor involved which makes it even funnier. Unfortunately, the ghosts one was only "eh". I'll have to check out the others when I get home.

If you can, get the original DVD (released in England). It has some nifty extras, the pilot episode "Calcium," and the full version of the music video for "Little Mouse."

Oh yeah... there's a second season (http://www.bbc.co.uk/comedy/lookaroundyou/) already out.
