gizaHow NOT To Do Customer Support - A blog entry which describes a massive outage that Earthlink had awhile ago and their response to it, or lack thereof. Customer service lines were jammed, nothing was on their website, and Live Chat was unresponsive. I think this says a lot about Earthlink and their ability to deal with a crisis, or the lack thereof.
