Co-worker M: Why don't you guys give me cash and I'll pay with my credit card?
Me: Sure. Say, your credit card is from "Police and Fire Credit Union". What, weren't EMTs cool enough to be in on that too?
Co-worker M: Nope. There aren't enough EMTs in this city.
Me: I could run around stabbing people. I'm sure that would have the eventual outcome of increasing the number of EMTs
Co-worker M: Yeah, but it would eventually increase the number of police too.
Me: Hmm... good point.
