gizaApple's glass elevator in their NYC "flagship" store locked in a group of customers the other day. The NYPD eventually had to free them.
I ask those that are reading this to file a bug report via Apple's Bug Reporter so that they are aware of the problem. ;-)

Solution: Restart the copy of Windows XP on the computer that controls the elevator.
Workaround: Smash glass doors. Talk trash about Microsoft software.

I doubt the elevator could run winblows XP.. most elevator controlers are based on the Zilog Z80 CPU, you know then one from ZX spectrums :P
