...or something. What I do know is that two websites I manage (both on separate machines) were hit with hundreds of requests for invalid pages within about a minute. And I don't just mean URLs that have gone dead, but rather URLs that have never existed and just plain bogus. For example, they tried hitting these pages on claws-and-paws.com:

personal/personal/virus
personal/personal/disclaimer
personal/personal/modules/local/diff/diff.css
personal/personal/personal
personal/personal/contact
virus/virus/furry
virus/virus/forums
virus/modules/local/diff/contact
virus/modules/local/diff/personal
Let's see... repeating a directory name multiple times, trying to combine content with CSS, and combining two separate top-level directory names. Yep, their programmers are clearly morons.
