My foot, Charles Atlas, roadtrip!

Well, my foot hasn't gotten much better, I'm afraid. The pain has kept up, and now my foot has been getting a little numb, as well. It's nothing unexpected for a pinched nerve, but it's still a little unsettling. I'm using a cane so I can walk now, and have an another appointment with Dr. K for next Tuesday. Whee...

Other than work, I've pretty much been confined to my apartment lately, so I've been making some use of it. Since I haven't been walking or jogging, I've been working on my upper body a bit more. One of the things I've been doing is pushups, Charles Atlas style, which are simply obscene. I can do 40 of them now. :-)

Finally, I'm going on a roadtrip this weekend! I'm driving down to Maryland to visit an old high school geek friend of mine, who just happens to work for the NSA! Did I hear someone whisper, "Diablo 2 marathon?". :-) I'll also be visiting a fur or two while I'm down there, and returning next Tuesday morning, just in time for my appointment.

Vacations rule.

Maybe your foot went on strike and is getting back at you for some cause or another.. Were you treating it with respect??
