So, I watched Logan's Run last night. It was a pretty good movie for its time, but I think the action really started to lag about 2/3rds of the way through the movie. I'm definitely going to check out the book, though. It sounds like fun.

The book is nothing at all like the movie. Ther'es no domes, for one. And as the entire planet is run by the lifeclocks and a big central computer, there's no place to run for Sanctuary. The book has sequels also.

Nolan wrote it in the late 60s imagining if the mantra "Don't trust anyone over 30" went too far.
