*smirks* Well, it looks like I was quoted in An article about management Do's and Don'ts on Tech Republic. Tech Republic is an IT-related website full of articles, and this one was things managers can do to better manage their employees.

He doesn't berate those who are a little late so long as they make up the time at the end of the day because, lets face it, traffic is out of all of our control.
And in the negative column, we have Y. He stands on the receptionist's desk dressed in a leather thong and pushing staples through his nose. He cracks a flail as people enter and uses a branding iron on those who are late.
Sorry... just in a silly mood today :)
