Ahh, that was rather amusing. At first it tempts me to say something about the nature of how children are different now and how strange their behavior, but I always stop and remember a favorite quote when I feel in such a mood: "Kids, what's the matter with these kids today? Why can't they be like we were-- perfect in every way-- What's the matter with kids today?"

Reminds me of a kid I saw at the Carl's Jr. counter in a mall in Springfield (no, it wasn't Bart)... he started playing with the soda machine, pressing the buttons and wasting soda down the drain. His mom tried to stop him, but he kept doing it. She tried to pull him away from the machine, so he went limp, forcing her to drag his whole body, and when she let go, he sprang right up and went back to the machine. So she tried blocking the machine with her body; he started bobbing back and forth, trying to reach around her, forcing her to dance around. By this time, he had a big grin on his face. Obviously his favorite game is "Drive Mommy nuts"! Mommy doesn't have a clue how to handle a misbehaving child!

Gotta give mom credit, at least she's /trying/.

What really disturbs me are the people breeding and having kids who should NOT be and do not even make an effort to raise their kids right.
