Why Vonage sucks

This guy did, and got the runaround by them.
Reading the blog does provide some amusement, though. After demanding via email that he call them on the phone a second time to cancel his account, the blogger states, "I just had tumors removed from my throat and do not have the ability to speak". That will get Vonage to cancel the service, right? Nope, "Marc L. SL" at Vonage decides that he'll do the only sensible thing: offer the blogger-with-no-vocal cords 3 free months to remain a customer. A customer that already stated they are unable to speak.
