Crazy levels of weight loss
Jan. 25th, 2007 02:53 pmSeen on CNN: Man loses 260 pounds from original weight of 500
The article includes a before and after picture of the gentleman.
The way he lost weight included dieting, exercise, and joining a gym. Not bad for someone who was 34. He also regularly visited his doctor every 4 to 6 weeks to be monitored. In the beginning he was on blood pressure medication but was able to discontinue it once his weight had gotten low enough. He also got counseling, to figure out what the mental and emotional reasons were for his eating habits.
And the best thing is, he didn't use Ultra Slimfast. ;-)

Exercise
Sleep
If people would just work on a consistant regimen to handle those three things they can manage their weight far better.

I guess the one encouraging thing is that my starting point was (slightly) under his goal weight.

I too have been doing the Subway thing. I discovered that eating an Apple followed by a 6" turkey hoagie keeps me "feeling full" for as long as 12" hoagie by itself would.
