Performance Review

Got my performance review at work just now.
Phrases like, "exceeds expectations", "steadily showed improvement", and "numerous contributions" were all present. Certainly good to have.
But one comment puzzled me: "The decor in Doug's cube is appropriate for the office". I'm not sure why they mentioned that. Maybe they really liked my coffee pot? :-P

I can think of a few cubes that might qualify for that, but I won't discuss that in public. :-)

Date: 2007-04-21 09:18 am (UTC)It's good you have yearly reviews. Our group is supposed to have them yearly, but oftentimes it ends up being a lot longer than a year.
I'm not really worried though. There are people in our group that work hard, and others who all that's expected of them is they actually show up at work. Others in the building take notice, and know who works, and who doesn't.

Date: 2007-04-23 03:21 pm (UTC)We prefer the term "adult entertainment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adult_entertainment)". It's a bit more appropriate for what we sell.
