Customer Service Poem

This was sent in by a customer who wanted to cancel his trial..

I do not want you, can't you see?
Is your goal to frustrate me?
I do not want you on my screen.
I wish your ad I'd never seen
I do not want you on my disk drive
No more than on the left side do I drive
of the road, dear reader if you didn't guess,
'cause car wrecks make an awful mess!
Let me out! I beg! I plea!
Your program is no help to me!

What must I do? Alas! Alack!
How do I get you off my back?
I know you're smart. You have my card.
But if you bill me, I'll fight hard!
No case of mine you'll get to keep
so let me out before I (bleep!)

To which one of our customer support people replied:

I see your email, but can't believe what I read.
I'll see to it and help you take care of the deed.
I have canceled your service plan
And won't bill your card, man.
I'm sorry you had no luck with our ActiveSpeed.
