I got dragged to this movie when it was in theaters.

"What the fuck is this?!" was one of the things I said most often.

No really, I'm sure it's a great drinking movie - anytime you think you're not drunk enough to enjoy it... drink more!

Those were small skits from the animated short "Pikachu's Vacation" which showed before the 1st Pokemon Movie: Mewtwo vs Mew.
nothing more then trippy little bits of each pokemon saying it's own name, that's the only thing they can say with a few exceptions.
