Looks like a Saturn 5 to me. (A friend, who hadn't heard the news, pointed me to the post to ask "huh?"., and I wanted to follow up). There's not enough detail to say anything about whether it's an early test version, the "standard" version, or the Skylab version, though. But hey, it's background art.
Here's the Skylab one, the least-known variant. The red launch tower helps, too -- most towers at KSC were grey. The tower was repainted grey when the pads were converted for the Shuttle in the late 70s.
Plus, look at the roll markings... they don't match the Atlas-Agena at all:
I sincerely hope they use this movie as an excuse to make a graceful exit before there are more bad episodes than good—I can't bring myself to watch what they've got on on Sundays anymore, it's rarely any good. Instead, I have been catching up on the oldest episodes, from the first few seasons—I was five years old when that show went on the air. o.O
