Holy crap, that's a great find. I forwarded that to my mom even. Pretty much explains it in words I would't be able to put it in. I would only add that the peple buying the houses for more than they could afford (houses they had no business getting into) fucked up too. I honestly think that finances and investments should be a required class in Highschool.
