Okay CNN, I know you're anxious to have the latest election stats on your site, but isn't a bit silly to call Maine for Obama when only *3* votes have been counted?

And now, back to your regularly scheduled election coverage.

Well, to be fair, the population of Maine is only six people...

Seven... one slipped back across the boarder when no one was looking!

(Just kidding, Mainers... I love Bah Habah.)

Pffft. I'm going nowhere near the three major networks, CNN, MSNBC, the lot of 'em.

I'm sticking with Google News, the BBC, and this (http://fivethirtyeight.com/) awesome Web site.

MD was called for Obama when it was still 0 to 0

Aren't the "safe" states always preemptively called?

Thats pretty much whats happening. I wish there was a little more consistency and a little more clarity when it came to projections/predictions, but thems the breaks.

Well, does anyone actually "live" in New York?

Residents maybe... but live?

Okie... I stand corrected.
But you gotta admit, a lot of NY'ers look like undead...

(Not that the DC area looks any better.) ;)

S'not as bad as New Mexico.

Obama's the projected winner, even though he's losing 60% to 39%
