Wait, what?

Yep, Playmobil really made one of these:

The best thing about this item on Amazon are the comments. They can all be read here.

Then again, Playmobil is the same company that made a scale construction worker set that included 18 bottles of beer, so maybe they're just sticking to a business model that works. Who knows?

But the security workers aren't minorities. I am offended at their lack of accuracy.

One or more of them could be gay or Muslim!

They really should call it the "False sense of security set" instead of the security check point set.

You, sir, are a prime candidate for participation in this lovely thing I call "the secondary market". Let me show you my brochure.

Oh god, i should really get one of those, so i can remember the most absurd moments of my AC trips ^^

From Finland to america, there's quite a few of those checks... enjoyable, confusing and what's best, you never know what all you need to strip

I can halfway imagine what their "further screening" station would look like. Unfortunately, all I can imagine is those hooked hands with little hooked latex gloves on them reaching into places that, until right then, didn't get much light.

Now, now, look, they're supposed to be *German* security officers, so you'll just have to imagine the gruff accent and disapproving looks while they actually don't do a thing.

(Also, my nephew has them. He has the whole airport set, in fact.)

The German Ministry of Youth intervened in response to this set's packaging, which showed two Playmobil figures discussing their beer consumption (-"That's my fifth bottle today." -"Don't worry, we've got enough beer.")

I don't know what's more awesome; the fact that Playmobil encouraged alcohol consumption, or that there is a "German Ministry of Youth".
