Creepy phonecall from (800) 486-2833

So I checked my voicemail earlier today and found this little gem:

Let's count the things that make me go "WTF?":

- I don't own a business

- Caller does not identify themselves.

- The link they give goes to a frameset which loads an affiliate page for myphoneroom.com.

- The guy on myphoneroom.com, "J. Joshua Beistle", has been accused of running scam operations before. LInk #2

- My phone number is on the FTC's Do Not Call List. Time to file a complaint! :-)

Didn't you have a problem with creepy phone calls last year too?

Okay, slightly creepy, but what's really creepy is what I had to do to get the file. Multiple ads, popups, and a wait?

There've got to be better places to stash 143 KB without all that. Google Docs? Sites?

My first choice was Rapidshare, but they required you to have an account, and I think that non-account uploads were only good for 10 downloads.

I'm open to other suggestions. Specifically sites that AREN'T Google Docs Dropbox or the like. If the person who left that message does something stupid like a DMCA request, I'd rather not have that tied to a specific account I have.
